Studio Policy

Lessons are to be paid one month in advance. Students will receive a bill via email. Payment is due at the first lesson of the month.

Students are required to pay for all the lesson days in the month. If there is a school/business/social/sporting/medical or any other event that conflicts with the lesson time, you still pay for your lesson. If you cannot come to your lesson, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and we will schedule a make-up lesson ( if this becomes habitual, we will need to discuss changing lesson times or other actions). If you do not notify me in time, it is up to my discretion whether you will receive a make up lesson or forfeit the lesson. I will determine this on a case by case basis.

If I am unable to teach you at your scheduled lesson time, I will notify you, and we will schedule a make-up lesson.

I reserve the right to terminate lessons if the student is not progressing due to lack of effort, or exhibits behavior I feel is not acceptable, or for any other reason. In this case, I will refund money for any lessons paid for but not taught. If you terminate lessons, you will not be refunded any money paid for lessons not taught.
